Democracy is a harmonious and serene society, standing in stark contrast to the resentful and conflict-ridden mass of tyranny—be it empire, monarchy, or whatever else. Under tyranny, the People are passive and subjected to the few who permanently hold central power. In Democracy, citizens can access the nucleus of the societal cell—the Republic—through an Institute—which we may call the Public Jobs Bank or by another name—that periodically redistributes roles based on competence, suitability, and preparation, as well as the needs of the Country. Anyone can contribute to the Republic and become the architect of their own destiny. Society thrives by embracing a broad, collective vision, enriched by every individual, enabling it to seize opportunities and overcome obstacles.
