Specifically, the Creator (Danilo D'Antonio, Laboratorio Eudemonia) retains the exclusive, total, and perpetual rights to:

Copyrights: The intellectual property over the entire linked digital content of the homepage (text, graphics, and images).

Conceptual Rights: The ownership and total control over the concept of The Patchwork Model™.

Usage and Commercialization Rights: The exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, develop, and monetize the contents and concepts in any present and future form.
