Still today the important, leading activity of research and development of the rules that structure us is confined to be exclusive relevance of a whole of subjects, the political parties, that, driven by mainly economical or superstitious groups of pressure, have all a great inclination to promote only proposals that are functional to their own limited interests. These same interests will determine the as much indivisible as confused and often contradictory packet of proposals that the citizens can choose in the moment of the vote, an impassable wall always raising itself between them and the individual petition, being citizens able only in very coarse manner to express their will.
The only possible result, in this state of things and in the better of the cases, cannot being but that of the minor evil, never that of the greater good.
Also those who are personally interested that the things really change, because live directly or pitifully an unpleasant situation, who could therefore genuinely influence the politicians, do not show a great creative genius, for superficiality of approach and/or because captured by old cultures that sink their capacity of observation and creativity, many times limiting themselves to strongly want something, but without knowing what.
On the contrary, the great holders of the power know well what they want, and pursue it with constant, calm, profitable application.
