1) Single citizens present their proposals of social innovation to the Social Patent Office.
2) The Office examines the proposals and releases a special social patent to those that satisfy determined criteria of acceptation, in the meantime letting these same proposals to enter inside the Social Innovations Market.
3) The Market regularly inform the citizenship regarding the new proposals available, in a way that citizens can examine them and vote those that prefer.

4) Those proposals that will receive a sufficient established number of consensuses will be lead to the examen of the traditional authorities of Government for a promulgation or reject.
5) The proposals that will be finally ratified by the Government will supply their ideators with an adequate sum of money, granted by the State for a tangible reward for their positive contribution.
